This project was awarded to DRACE as a sole-source procurement. This project included repairs to multiple facilities at Keesler Air Force Base including exterior repairs to housing facilities and a complete renovation of the Vehicle Maintenance Facility.

This Design-Build project was awarded to DRACE as a sole-source procurement. The facility was an installation requirement and required extensive value engineering to become a feasible project. NBCB will now qualify for a MWD program once again.

Drace Construction Corp was awarded this project through a sole-source negotiation process. The work was completed on time and will provide an upgraded space to serve as the permanent location for two operational battalions.

Design and construction of a 23,000 square foot headquarters facility to serve as the functional space for the 25th NCR Command and Control Staff to carry out their mission. The facility was tied into an existing mirror image headquarters building adjacent to the work site.

This project included the design and construction of two new pre-engineered metal buildings to serve different missions. The work included all associated demolition, steel erection, utilities, roofing and siding as needed, and other miscellaneous doors, ramps, finishes and accessories.

This contract included the design and construction of a two story elevated office facility capable of withstanding hurricanes and flooding. The new facility inlcluded pile supported foundations, new boat storage, workshops, administrative offices, locker rooms, weight room, and associated exterior improvements.

This project renovated the emergency dining facility at NAS Pensacola. The 29,000sf project renovated the facility and added new public restrooms. Window systems were updated and upgraded, and all HVAC and electrical systems were replaced.
Central Demilitarization Processing Center
MCALESTER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT, OK
Project included site development and construction of a new Warehouse and a new Demilitarization Building. Other specialties included a 20 Ton bridge crane, specialized fume hoods, additional open storage, concrete encasement for duct banks and buried communications, warehouse racking systems, and a truck scale.
